No more than anyone else, I have no idea who will be our next President. I do know this: We need change, meaning no disrespect to McCain. With the exit of the ruinous Bush administration it is absolutely imperative that America regains the moral high ground. Noting that neither the Islamic world nor the Russian world has the capability to take ascendency over the West, America must once again take the lead in providing stability in the world, not instability, and promote democracy, but not at the point of gun. If we do things right, if we regain moral leadership, good things will come our way, hopefully. If we become a benevolent superpower, willing to help where help is needed, the world will understand and the world will reciprocate. Is this dreamy? Of course, it is. Consider the alternative ... the past eight years.
