Will the system fix itself?
Is it possible to obtain accurate results concerning the will of the people, in a broken system?
Does the will of the people matter?
Do you think our system of government is broken? If so, what is the reason you, on an individual level, continue to participate in a broken system, one in which your votes aren’t counted, your elected representatives refuse to do their jobs, there is no remedy currently provided for other than to ‘vote,’ where our laws, Constitution, and International law are wantonly disregarded…instead of turning your attention to fixing the system? Do you believe the way to fix the system is to beg elected representatives to do it? How’s that been working out?
"Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.
But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security..."
