Bush will likely end his speech on the importance of God to an effective leader. Bush can recount his words to a group of Amish, "I trust God speaks through me. Without that, I couldn't do my job."
Sadly if Bush's speeches are an example of God speaking, God hasn't learned English and has trouble articulating a reasonable statement.

'leadershiping'. God, through Bush, will probably enlighten and inspire
those that are able to understand anything that God/Bush says.
Still I am not going to blame God for Bush, although he did create him.
