Americans are too afraid to Be Free

Dick Cheney is typical. After 9/11 he traveled only with his personal physician and a gas mask. He put the prisoners as far away from him as practical. He tortured them to confess the truth of his fears. Still fearful, he has emerged from isolation to appeal to our fears. Justifying his heinous deeds by saying torture kept America safe, he is terrified the public will catch onto his tricks and imprison him. His efforts have earned him a jump in popularity to 39%. He now is the number one Republican candidate for President in 2012.

Daring to be Free

It is a long way from 1919 North Dakota to the recent elections in India. The farmers make the journey in their common interests. Whether the villain is a big bank or a food cartel, the enemy is at the gate. A million agriculturalists must each take a step forward or he will perish.

In 1949 the 1,200,000 Israelis decided that free medical care was more important than paved roads and sidewalks.

A Massachusetts patriot calculated that private insurance was 40% more expensive than the government variety. Of course, the corporate health industry has made a fortune on our backs. They have amassed a huge war chest to keep us ignorant of single payer.

Each one of us can dare to be free, or we can choose to die without dignity.
