Worldwide now, we've got nearly 15 billion mobile devices and 1.7 billion TVs. U.S. adults spend nearly eight and a half hours per day using screens. Teens spend seven to eight hours. The average U.S. household uses 1000 kilowatt hours of energy per month.

A.I. and cryptocurrency promise yet more extractions, energy use, water use, toxic waste and imbalances between the haves and have-nots.

Could we reduce consumption by 3% per month?

Decrease screen-time by 1% per day?

Eat more locally-grown food?

Grow even a wee bit of our own food?

Walk, bike and use public transportation"more?

Decrease plastic use?

Turn empty buildings into homes?

Refuse to use crypto-currency?

Refuse to use A.I.?
