Here it's a little easier than with a MAC. Go to settings, click on WiFi, and the router address will appear.
Routers and Linux
To find the router address in Linux, click on the network icon, then click on either connection information or network connection and your router IP address will appear as either the default router or the gateway.
Routers and Android
With an Android device, go to settings, then click on network and internet. Next, tap or hold the WiFi network you are on, hit advanced, and look for the address under the gateway. You may need to choose static or dynamic IP first. If so, choose static.
The bottom line
Most people rarely have to reconfigure their router but once you know which device you are using to connect to the router, it's fairly easy to do.
