Over time using laws and the authority to spend the public's money your political duopoly has eroded the nation's economic and moral fiber by its duplicity, double standards in domestic and foreign affairs and selective prosecutions against those who break the law, and chronic lying about the wars from Vietnam to Iraq and Afghanistan.     In our nature park we apply our laws fairly and with impartiality.   Maybe you need a permanent Impartiality and Justice Committee made of volunteer citizens who will advise your elected government and its appointees how to govern fairly for all the people.   Maybe our Wise Commission of Crows, Cardinals and Robins can assist you.     Volunteers everywhere, everywhere except where it matters most-those who decide the fate of the country.   A country is too important to be decided upon by only elected representatives, any bluejay knows that.

Occupy Wall Street has ignited Occupy America where the self-described 99% versus the status quo.   The people of Occupy Wall Street are arrayed against the government and its supporters.   Government is not amorphous and unknown.   The institutions of government as embodied by the Legislative, Executive and Judicial Branches have been created by your Constitution and its founders nearly 250 years ago. Today the government is Democrats and Republicans.   It is not an amorphous government, but a government headed by and managed by Republicans and Democrats in elected and appointed officials.   Now it is being reported in a few news outlets that it has been the federal government that it coordinating police actions against all Occupy America locations across the country.   Is this the beginning of the Police State a few have been warning against?   Who is controlling your burgeoning police state?   An amorphous government of the people, by the people and for the people?

Don't you know it is your Republicans and Democrats who have been responsible for all that occurred in your government?   Yet, your politicians talk of personal responsibility, but where is the focus on their own responsibility in their positions of power over the people to provide the best government, not the worst government money can buy?   It is not democracy but closer to a two party dictatorship passing all the laws and appointing all the officials in the legal system or anointing them for election hood.     Could you say as easily it was a dictatorship if there were three, four or five more political parties?   Some say it would be chaos with many political parties, now you do not have chaos, but impending chaos and a stalemated government of the status quo.

Our Ethics Commission of Wise Owls, Cardinals, Crows and Robins have these questions for hominids.

Has the political duopoly caused through legislative actions the financial bailout costing trillions of dollars of public monies passing it into legislation in a matter of hours?

Have key members of Congress increased their wealth substantially since the financial bailout?

Has your political duopoly caused the country to fight optional wars?

Has your political duopoly unreasonably exaggerated the terrorist threat against the country to enhance governmental power, hence its power over the citizenry?
