Or government is bad and somehow it is up to business to fix the economy and in this case our government is bad. That does not mean that government should be done away with but only replaced. Just as a crooked cop is replaced by an honest cop but the Fascist's want them replaced by no cops at all with the promise of being self regulating. This message of smaller government is the subliminal message calling for ever increasing fascism. They call for an end of the EPA and an end to the Department of Education but not an end to the Commerce department or the investment tax credit. This is basic nuts and bolts fascism, the buying and selling of government, of Citizens United rulings and Patriot Acts.
If you start at point A. and follow the bread crumb droppings until today the future becomes obvious. First came Free Trade acts, then bankruptcy reform and then came the housing bubble. Then came the 9-11 attacks followed in quick succession by instant and perpetual war, bank failures, housing collapse, bank bailouts, easy money credit for the banks and a jobless recovery for you.
The average Chinese industrial wage is $5.00 per day while the average American wage is $22.00 per hour so how productive must the American worker be to be competitive in an open market? The answer is they can't, it is impossible. The Chinese factory can hire 35 workers for the cost of one American worker. That isn't globalism, that isn't a new economy, it is good old fashioned Fascism, a form of 21st century Feudalism, and so the Fascist's scapegoat unions and workers, school teachers and fireman, the hungry, the homeless and the unemployed as they shout Corporation Uber Allis.
In 1942 during a German dinner party in a woman guest commented, "I guess we will never know who really set the Reichstag fire." Hermann Goering slapped his knee and answered laughing, "I do, because I set it!" Just ten days before the fire Joseph Goebbels wrote in his diary that very soon the Fuehrer would burn the Communist's out of Germany.
Strange, that the word burn would be used before an arson attack, tipping the hand and implying foreknowledge of the event. The Reichstag building was burned February 27, 1933 and the Enabling Acts which destroyed the German civil liberties were passed into law less than one month later. History does repeat itself and sometimes it even rhymes. The Project for a New American Century, Section V of Rebuilding America's Defenses, entitled "Creating Tomorrow's Dominant Force", includes the sentence: "Further, the process of transformation, even if it brings revolutionary change, is likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event----like a new Pearl Harbor"

However the truth leaves behind fingerprints and competency exposes culpability, compare for example the government response to Hurricane Katrina and the government response to 9-11. How could it be that they should act so competently in one event and so miserably in the other as the Patriot Act was efficiently signed into law October 26, 2001.
Obama has called this the 9-11 generation but a more honest assessment would be the stolen generation. For we are victims of a grand crime against humanity, we are the victims of Caligula's orgy complete with concentration camps, wars of aggression and torture. Torturing men, women, children and even the torturing of language. Forcing millions of Americans into poverty and denying them a right to a job and a decent standard of living. Meanwhile corporate profits soar as wages plummet, this is no accident, it is a strategy that was begun even before America's own Reichstag fire was set and Caligula's orgy continues unabated with little notice, even to notice that when the criminals burned the German Reichstag to destroy German liberty there was no one inside of the building.
