If my plan to resolve many of these matters does achieve the consideration it deserves in Security Council, clearly China, the United States, and France will object, not wanting their complicity to become apparent or to be assessed fiscal damages.
The challenge for Antonio Gutteres, and I ask you to help him see a way through those challenges, is to ask those 3 heads of state to allow this Board of Inquiry to be created.
If US, France, and China say no, then Antonio Gutteres has ways of creating an honest UN Pandemic Board of Inquiry on his own.
Giving the Board of Inquiry strong interrogatory and subpoena powers is crucial, and even indictment powers, if you believe that to be advisable because that is in due course what will be needed.
The key piece of evidence was already determined by Dr. Boyle and delineated in the above articles. The amazing fact is that he arrived at that evidence, not with armies of investigators or spies, but by carefully reading journals of Virology.

Let us presume that a Board of Inquiry is allowed to proceed through normal UN channels and processes, and it is given evidence to the
International Court and to member nations requesting that evidence. That would only take place when more than one or more nations sues these 3 nations, which I believe to be inevitable. I believe that Russia and the United Kingdom had nothing to do with this although both have vast biological weapon arsenals and more "predictable accidents" could happen with their bioweapons.
My hope is that actions taken will ultimately lead to a cessation of biological weapons and their arsenals.
To wit: 193 nations, 16 with Biological Weapons, 5 with thermonuclear capabilities. Those having both biological and thermonuclear weapons are the 5 on the Security Council: USA, China, France, Russia, and the United Kingdom.
The remaining 182 [193-11] must make it clear to those 16, or to at least the 5 on the Security Council who maintain enormous arsenals of even more horrible biological weapons than the one we see has caused this pandemic, destroyer of nation's economies, that this must stop.
The 182 remaining nations with neither nuclear weapons or biological weapons should be allowed to make their voices heard and their solutions implemented and their survival not dependent on the even more predictable accidents coming from those sixteen nations.
I believe that the world is not overpopulated and that humans have a right to pursue life without impediments like forced inoculations that cause children to die and that no one, no head of state, or otherwise, has the right to say they can't live on this planet.
I do not believe that Humanity should suffer from unchecked corporate strangulation of legitimate regulatory authority and responsibilities like the United States Food and Drug Administration, whose approvals of horrible and deleterious food additives whose have been rubber stamped all over the world by unsuspecting regulatory agencies in other nations. Aspartame, the artificial sweetener that is metabolized as formaldehyde. What a great corporate regulatory trick! Get people to buy drinks that become their own embalming fluid.
