Why Lefties Should Watch Fox News: NYTimes

There is now a growing rift on Fox: Its news side is asking increasingly tough questions of Trump, while its opinion side pushes his raving conspiracies. The drama speaks to real tension on the right.

What happens on Fox now — the way it decides to play impeachment and the twists and turns of the 2020 race — could well determine the fate of the republic.

Fox’s anchors, reporters, guests, and its many narratives ... are now deeply embedded in the operations of the United States government.

In other words, Fox is now not just a reflection of what happens in the world; instead, how a piece of news plays on Fox determines what happens in the world.

Tucker Carlson didn’t think it was a good idea to bomb Iran, so we didn’t bomb Iran.

He didn’t like John Bolton, so shut the door on your way out, John!

Lou Dobbs thought Kirstjen Nielsen was weak. Bye bye, Kirstjen!

A powerful article. I routinely watch Fox News to "check out the enemy" but the reality described here, that they have become embedded in government is a frightening reality. Definitely worth reading the whole article

One has to wonder, Fox is pushing for (sanity) peace and CNN is pushing for war? It appears up is down and down is up, not really it is all there for those who care to know and have been paying attention to the affairs of humanity not propaganda from MSM. I must omit I am having the feeling that OEN is also changing polarity from the true left to the neo-liberal propaganda of transnational criminal cabals and the enemies of forming a more perfect union from inside the gate as well.

Just some of the comments from this article on the Fox News commentary from viewers:

Fox is pushing peace, CNN is pushing war" What a world

When Tucker speaks like this, I forget that the MSM lies, just for a moment. He really deserves better and more.

Never thought I would agree with Tucker Carlson... but here we are... you did good tucker, bless u.

Can't believe I'm agreeing with Tucker Carlson but this was great commentary against Neo Cons.

President did the right thing; don't let the hawks drag you into any war. Smart man!

i say we pull our troops out everywhere let them patrol our own borders and build the best defense systems and missile defense system.

Must I say more?

CAUTION: Watching even small amounts of Fox News will likely threaten your marriage. This happened to me. I got too curious. That channel number is long forgotten. Three years later I'm still trying to patch things up.

I found out the hard way, to stay liberal better keep a clean slate. A happy wife is more important than politics.
