[I am posting this link to the WaPo article that was apparently the first to report this news because I am surprised that it has not been reported or commented on either here or on (for example) consortiumnews.com. I don't understand why this is not being hailed as a good move by Trump, especially since he has made so many bad ones. What is going on?]
