Six children and three adults, all refugees were attacked during a 3 year old's birthday party by a man wielding a knife. Some of the injuries are life-threatening. Police in Boise, Idaho, apprehended a 30 year old suspect but have provided no further information, except to say that the victims were staying in a housing complex for refugees.
