So I imagine many males will read this, along with self-actualized females, who I hope and assume is most females. 

At age 70, this is not quite as urgent a topic as when I was 20, but it's still high on the list 'of things to do,' on a regular basis.

We are I think 66% of the same genes as the infamous  Drosophila melanogaster, such as you may observe near your exposed fruits. Hence, it strongly suggests to me that there are close correlations with us via these studies.
