Scott Ritter, once again, exposes the US Military for the Paper Tiger it became in Afghanistan.  The neighborhood bully that is about to get punched in the nose.

While NPR's Steve Inskeep, this morning ("Twosday"),  was still sounding bellicose, much more time was spent discussing Putin's demand that "Ukraine never become a member of NATO" followed up with pundit interviews declaring "Ukraine will never become a member of NATO."  Almost funny.
