"LET's focus on the hard work of true reform and get health care for all. Things observed after successful surgery & a week in the hospital. You will find bits of surgical tape attached to odd parts of your body for days after your return home. While in your hospital bed, you will hear the words “urine” & “urinate” more than you have in your entire previous life. Most important, time & again you will be amazed and comforted by the dedication, competence & patience of virtually every doctor, nurse, nursing assistant, physical therapist and cleaner. Which is why it’s so infuriating to compare the true public service of these men and women to the man who is supposed to be our public-servant-in-chief, who insists on torpedoing Obamacare and  running our country & gov't into the ground by fomenting policies fueled not by duty or patriotism but by incompetence, ego and petty vindictiveness."
