Today, as founder of the Niskanen Center, a DC based think tank that promotes carbon taxation, Taylor is a climate change “convert' contributing to a Republican transformation. Now, Kevin McCarthy is encouraging Republicans to come up with climate change legislation to counter Democrats’ Green New Deal, as reported by the Washington Examiner.
