China promises $83.7 billion towards a huge "petrochemical hub" in the Appalachians

From DeSmog Blog. Meant to post this sooner, but it's still big ongoing news. 

There's a powerful push to build a huge petrochemical (fracking) hub in the Appalachian Mountains straddling 4 states: a hub so big as to rival the Gulf-Coast industrial corridor ("Cancer Alley") in TX and LA, exploiting the Marcellus and Utica Shale Basins and Rogersville field, impacting the Ohio R. for 886 miles from PA to KY. 

China Energy Investment Corp has made a "memorium of understanding" (MOU) with Appalachian Development Group (West Virginia) to invest $83.7 billion into the project. 

W. VA "bought" politicians have thrown these states under the bus to the industry.  Delaware, long implicated in LLC shell games, is a corporate tax haven for these fossil fuel LLCs. They're all "thick as thieves" in the collusion of destruction. Please read and share.
