My thoughts on the above notice:  Kentucky is complying with federal law. If a poor woman doesn't get screened by this program (The Breast and Cervical Cancer Prevention Program Medicaid mammo AND MEDICAID SURGERY AND FOLLOWUP TREATMENTS) and gets screened for free through a PRIVATE CHARITY - like Avon, etc. - if the screening results indicate cancer that woman will DIE. Why? Because the law specifies that once a woman accepts a mammo that was NOT PAID FOR BY The Breast and Cervical Cancer Prevention Program the door to Medicaid treatment SLAMS SHUT. I am well acquainted with the bait and switch routine in Ohio. The Wall Street Journal did an expose of this phenomena across the country a year or so ago. The writer's name is John Carryrou. Get your income tax returns for 2008 done right now, file them and bring a copy of your federal return with you as well as everything else that they tell you to bring when you schedule your appointment. BEG YOUR WAY IN NOW! Ohio keeps this a secret! Tell your friends!
