All he needs to do is to hold a rally in a large area not far from you. In fact, since he is so careless, he (or Putin) could deliberately or accidentally have insufficiently tested, CONTAGEOUS advance men passing through crowds. It's known that he is still paying crisis actors to appear at his rallies.
Typhoid Trump should be limited in his abilities. Mayors and public health officials might have legal grounds for testing and banning individuals like advance men from the sites, or at least banning Trump's personal presence. Make him "Mail it in," i.e., appear only on TV.
Face forward photo's of his crowds should be taken and subjected to identification in case they come to be in spreader chains. I believe a number of organizations beyond government agencies have technology to do this.
