Soldiers broke into and searched dozens of homes and interrogated several residents in their homes and the streets before abducting eighteen residents from the West Bank cities of Ramallah, Jenin and Tulkarem. Carrying out operations overnight to kidnap Palestinians has become a habit of the Israeli army, which defies a security agreement with the Palestinian National Authority.
