EVERYBODY KNOWS...
(4 comments) We are under the control of the criminally insane. Cheney has turned the greatest democratic republic ever conceived into a world corporation and anointed himself its Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He has supplanted two centuries of protections afforded by the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights with executive orders and secret laws.

What It's All About...
(8 comments) The media is determined to choose the president no matter what voters want. Little by little, the media has inserted itself into the process until elections are no longer about candidates or issues. They're about the media and what the media thinks about candidates and issues.

Traffic Jam on the Highway to Hell
Our government is nothing but a Good Ol' Boys and Girls club, with judges, journalists, legislators and administration jesters whooping it up while pillaging the Treasury, ignoring cries of their victims, turning a blind eye to slaughtered and displaced innocents, and sending thousands of their own citizens to their deaths. They have mauled, raped and obstructed Justice until that once noble Lady is no longer recognizable.

A Christmas Story
(12 comments) I had this bright idea to get a head start on the new year by testing the strength of the Equal Rights Amendment -- you know, the ERA -- the free pass that enterprising women have used for years to back stubborn men into corners...

Culling the Herd
(5 comments) It doesn't take a wild imagination to know that genocide is real, and it's underway in America. The most blatant example is the barbaric response to Hurricane Katrina victims -- withholding food, blocking aid, ignoring those clinging to rooftops while crying out in vain for help, leaving corpses to float in the flooded streets or to rot in the Superdome.

The Last Founder Standing
(10 comments) Al Gore is a Tom Paine, a Paul Revere, who tells us it is time to stand again for freedom. Gore is for the people, he is of the people who long to rekindle the true spirit of America -- and he will be re-elected by the people--because he is the last Founder standing.

In The Kingdom of Fear
(6 comments) There is good reason for Americans to be scared, for as George Orwell said, "It does not matter if the war is not real, or when it is, victory is not possible. The war is not meant to be won, it is meant to be continous...The war is waged by the ruling group against its subjects."

Gonzo Boogie -- As Easy as ABC
(2 comments) Nothing will change with Gonzales' departure, because each candidate on Bush's attorney general list is Gonzo "squared" -- each one committed to do the Gonzo Boogie from now until January 2009. Until then, the Democrats will continue to struggle with their attention-deficit disorder (ADD), and the American people will sink deeper into the morass of national post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Ah, Democracy, We Hardly Knew Ye...
(12 comments) It is madness to stand upon the precipice of a Constitutional crisis and even consider for one moment plunging into the abyss by giving Bush additional time to spy on Americans, to torture and kill innocents abroad, and to abandon an exhausted and ill-equipped military on the killing fields of a nation embroiled in the spiraling violence of civil war.

Bush's Booming Economy -- For The Rich
(3 comments) When George Bush brags that the economy is booming, he's probably right. The economy is exploding with a big boom, and we are in a great battle to see how long this country can endure.

Something Happened on 9-11
(7 comments) Something happened on 9-11 -- something so horrible that the American people acquiesced for a time in their own subjection. They will not succumb to their own destruction. Enough is enough.

STRIKE THE ROOT!
(8 comments) We must rid ourselves of the traitors in our midst, starting with impeaching Dick Cheney, the one man responsible for the corruption threatening our downfall. If we are to survive, we must strike the root.

All They Have Is Each Other...
(1 comments) There is no honor in a nation whose leaders are given the power to choose life or death for their fellow citizens held captive in an illegal, treasonous, bloody occupation -- and choose death. What do you do after betraying those who trusted you -- dash off to Greenland to check on the climate, or do you stand in the Senate, eyes downcast, tail between your legs?

When We Forget to Remember...
(3 comments) Bush's war is but another "option on the table" to keep the populace cowering in irrational fear for political gain. Neither side seems willing to admit there's a big difference, both legal and ethical, between asking citizens to die for their country -- and demanding they "kill" for their country...

CNN -- The Most Twisted Name in News
(7 comments) Perhaps the most explosive news not covered this week is the announcement of Rep. Dennis Kucinich that he will file articles of impeachment against VP Dick Cheney...

DARE TO LOOK BACK
(9 comments) We are in the clutches of an evil, evil group of psychopaths -- warmongering moral cowards whose faux leader, George W. Bush, is a shallow, self-destructive little bully who deserted his military post during a time of war. Damn them. Damn them all.

SURVIVING AT THE PLEASURE OF THE PRESIDENT
(8 comments) The American people have no idea what they're up against. The war being waged throughout the world began here at home, and the US Constitution and Bill of Rights were its first victims.

Lost in the Lust of Werewolves
(2 comments) Victims of Bush's war -- Iraqi and American -- are little more than debris scattered in the wake of the werewolves' lust to dominate the world and control its resources.

CHIMPS IN A ZOO CAGE
(9 comments) The U.S. media is beneath contempt, and can never redeem itself for the damage it has wrought on this republic by its fawning allegience to a band of crooked, war-mongering fools.

NO WAY IN -- NO WAY OUT...
(4 comments) Americans who cherish freedom would do well to stop stumbling around in the trees and forests of the illegal immigration debate and see that the Bush administration is well on its way to closing the borders of the entire nation, not only to people trying to get in, but to citizens trying to get out.

Will Stinky Cut The Big One?
(4 comments) Most of us stopped laughing at Bush's coarse antics long ago. The boastful sound and fury of hot air blasting from both ends of this crude, immature thug as he rips one windy flatulent speech after another while saying absolutely nothing is not only vulgar, but is indescribably evil.

NO PEACE, NO PLACE FOR PALESTINE
(2 comments) Those damn Palestinians, always making those seizing their land -- those killing and maiming them -- look bad. Why do they stubbornly insist on forcing Israel and the United States to commit war crimes and crimes against humanity?

GIVE US THE WORD
(1 comments) We are all that stand between George Bush and the ransacking of this great nation. We must not wake up the day after the elections and realize -- too late -- that we failed to vote when "Democracy" was the single most important issue on the ballot.

HE'S B-A-A-A-A-C-K...
(4 comments) It was brutal -- an unexpected, crippling blow to the midsection, and tens of thousands of late-night AAR listeners reeled from the shock of having Mike Malloy ripped unceremoniously from their midst.

FOOL'S GOAL
(2 comments) George Bush is obsessed with "September the 11th" -- so much so that he cannot force himself to refer to it as a mere 9-11. He revels in the delightful horror of that dreadful day upon which he became The Decider, the commander-in-chief -- history's most important war president.

NO MERCY
(3 comments) We were warned every step of the way. We have been insulted and deceived, our courts dismantled, our Congress neutered, our children murdered in an illegal, genocidal halocaust, our elections stolen, our tax dollars wasted. Today, we are stranded on our own rooftops, pleading for a November 2006 rescue.

Mad Dog On A Leash
(2 comments) The current conflict raging in the Middle East is a war of extermination -- a carefully planned crusade for world dominion, and it has been simmering on US and Israeli back burners for decades.

SHADOWS ON THE WALL
(2 comments) Anyone who thinks this Straussian pack of jackals whose thirst for power borders on madness will back up and adhere to the rule of law or obey the Geneva Conventions doesn't know Jack about George. Or Alberto. Or Donald.

Musings from Tom Joad Country
(2 comments) In Oklahoma, most retired military and civilian folks enthusiastically support programs that cut their own livelihoods -- literally foreclose on their children's future -- by voting Republican...

SUPPORT THE TROOPS
(3 comments) To Bush, "support the troops" means don't criticize him when thousands of Americans and hundreds of thousands of innocents die in an illegal, bloody mess that he lied to get us into.

NATURE OF THE BEAST
(3 comments) After the orchestrated 9-11 attack on New York City and Washington D.C., and its follow-up anthrax attack on Democratic legislators, Americans of all stripes rushed en masse to George Bush's Fools' Gate to trade their morality and compassion for empty promises of security.

WE ARE THE DECIDERS
(1 comments) This is not about politics. It's about stopping the madness -- and the giggling madman whose aggressive stupidity and exaggerated sense of himself has brought shame to this once proud nation.

THOMPSON'S DOG WON'T HUNT
Capitol Hill Blue's Doug Thompson says he's flown Boeing flight simulators, and "maneuvers made by the 9/11 hijackers were simple course corrections, not really that difficult. Well, I've never flown a simulator, but I once knew a guy who practiced riding skills on a mechanical bull, but when he hit the rodeo circuit, he got his ass stomped in two seconds flat.

9/11 -- Eliminating the Impossible
(1 comments) The truth is what it is. It can never be something else. A search for the truth about 9-11 is much easier if all that cannot be true is tossed out. Why waste time considering the impossible?

WITH FRIENDS LIKE THESE...
Americans don't know Jack about who controls this country. Israel may be our partner in crime; may be sucking us dry; prodding us to fight its battles -- but the United Arab Emirates, "entities" like the Carlyle Group and Halliburton, and the administration globalization gurus are in control and, as Sam Peckinpah so aptly put it -- they're blowin' this town all to hell.

TALE OF A CONNECTICUT DONKEY
Connecticut Democrats are sending a message to Senator Joe Lieberman that a lie is not good enough reason to destroy an entire generation of Americans -- nor to remain silent to keep from embarrassingthe man who sent them to their deaths.

WHO WILL TELL THE PEOPLE?
(1 comments) The Bush administration, in concert with its corporate mind-control media, is striving to crush America into an Orwellian 1984 world of surveillance and total obedience -- there are still some who have the courage to tell the people the truth. Is anyone listening?

YOU CAN'T GO HOME AGAIN...
President Bush summons former secretaries of state and defense to the White House to share the glory -- and the blame. Those of us who know Bush is raving mad, destructively impulsive and totally incompetent suspect he was lining up former heavyweights to take the blame when the melt-down comes.

GO TO THE LIGHT!
(1 comments) The darkness of fascism is closing in on Americans. To survive, the citizens of this country must seek the truth -- go to the light -- and stop the madness.
