Coming so soon after the US State Department threatened sanctions if the PJ Patterson administration didn't do more to reduce 'human trafficking' news that the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) will investigate the levy on incoming telephone calls can hardly be welcomed at Jamaica House -- IS THEIR ANYBODY WE ARE NOT BULLYING FOR THE SAKE OF CORPORATE AMERICA????
