| Walmart sells almost everything inside its enormous stores, including guns and ammunition. But some items are just so dangerous that the retail giant doesn't dare stock them... The nation's largest private employer recently caught flack for selling assault weapons made by Bushmaster, which also made the weapon used by Adam Lanza in the Sandy Hook massacre last Friday. Though Walmart pulled the Bushmaster Patrolman's Carbine M4A3 Rifle from its website this week, the gun reportedly remains available in roughly 1,700 stores.
Other rifles are still for sale at Walmart and there are no plans to change that, a spokesman told CNN on Tuesday. Take a look at some of the items that Walmart won't sell: "The Daily Shows: America - The Book," emergency contraception, 'pregnant' Barbie, racy male magazines, "Uncovered: The Whole Truth About The Iraq War" DVD, and numerous music CDs.. |
