Study: Romney Floundering with Women Voters

The findings from this recent poll among women voters in battleground states
provide strong evidence that Mitt Romney's record and views on women's
health issues have a measurable and dramatic impact--not only on women
voters' perceptions of him on key attributes, but also on their likelihood to vote
for him in November.
Consistent with recent public polling from battleground states, these findings
demonstrate that President Obama starts with a solid lead among women
voters. But notably, this advantage increases considerably when women voters
learn more about Mitt Romney's record and positions, particularly his support
for overturning Roe v. Wade and his pledge to eliminate funding for Planned
Parenthood's preventive health services.
These positions cost Romney on specific measures where he already is
vulnerable, such as being "out of touch" ...
