Free trade... try Democratic Trade
It is now evident the NAFTA/GATT regimes (dictated by capital) have, like other stupid deregulations, generated far more costs and problems than the systems and regulations which they replaced... all at immense costs to our economy, standard of living and national security. Regarding Habeas Corpus – i.e., the body of evidence - it is strange our Constitution contains the clause that habeas corpus "shall not be suspended unless when in cases of rebellion or invasion the public safety may require it." Invasion from an external enemy we can understand, but rebellion? Public safety? The meanings are dangerously vague, easily abused and applied to situations not warranting draconian response

We need a law to force the posting of medical service prices. Show me a medical provider's office or lab today where you can see what the prices of the various services and tests are? What other business hides its prices from its customers? Where else do you buy first and learn the price later?
