One doesn’t need to be too politically astute to understand that something is definitely “wrong” with the government and this so-called “presidential race”. You don’t need to be a rocket scientist to understand that the middle class of this country is being squeezed out of existence and that the rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer. Every single candidate that is considered a “contender” all shout the same battle cry; that of “change”.

What are they talking about? What kind of “change” do they desire? Haven’t we had enough of “change”. Once this was a Democratic Republic, now it’s an oligarchy of Military Industrialist Corporate puppet-masters. They control the media, the markets, and the banks. The worst thing is that they control the two major political parties in this country. It doesn’t matter if you vote Republican or Democrat. You still are going to have a MICC puppet doing all that they’re puppet masters expect of them.

Don’t even think for a minute that one is better than the other. They all have their heads in the same feeding trough. Go to WWW.OpenSecrets.org and see who fills their feedbags. Get real and understand that the corporate media has sold us another bill of goods that we didn’t ask for. What’s the main quote that you hear on the MSM? “This race is the most exiting I’ve ever seen, the choices are breathtaking!” Sure they are. You can vote for a white militaristic corporate clone, or a woman corporate clone, or an African-American corporate clone, of your choice.

Why not bypass the MSM altogether? Here’s a novel idea; write in Mike Gravel. Forget about the “Convention” and this Presidential race. Join this movement. Start a meet-up or put a Mike Gravel bumper sticker on your vehicle. Go to the anti-war 5th anniversary rally in Washington and hear Mike Gravel speak “Truth to Power”. We don’t need the MSM. The truth is that by the time the General Election comes, everyone will be so sick and tired of the candidates offered; a write in Mike campaign will sound pretty good to people. Especially people that think, especially people that really, really, want to stop this war in Iraq. It will sound real good to people that want to see Bush and Cheney charged with crimes. Mike Gravel has promised us that he will. He has also promised to rescind all of the Bush/Cheney draconian measures. He will implement his National Initiative that will allow the American People to propose and vote on their own laws.

Could you imagine if we got the entire Progressive Network behind this? Could you imagine if the Ron Paul people and the dissatisfied Democrats and Republicans got behind this? We are not going to ask for any donations. We don’t want your money, we want your vote. It’s so damn easy it’s almost incredible. Just Write in Mike. When the corporate media starts to see the returns come in it will jolt them to the depths of their soul. It will totally ruin The Bilderburg Group’s day and ruin all the neat plans they have in store for us. You say he won’t be able to get anything done? He stopped the War in Vietnam and stopped the draft! He’s also a Democrat. Give him a Democratic Congress and he could perform a miracle! The miracle would be to take this nation out of the hands of those that control it now!

You know that what I’m saying is true. You are also thinking “It would be nice, but we could never swing it”. Are you so sure you would bet the future of your country on it? Don’t you believe that there are many people that feel the same way? The truth is, unless we try it, we will never know. You can vote the “Lesser of two evils” or you can Write in Mike. We have nine months to start a revolution. Hell, it only took nine months to create us!
