I didn’t want to spend Super Bowl Sunday thinking about the very bad things that are happening across America, but when you’re in the judicial reform movement, you get things sent to you that most people cannot even imagine. At least, not until it happens to them or to one of their family members. I got another one this Sunday morning.

I’m sorry to ruin your day, but I’m compelled to act. I’m compelled to fight against the horrors of tyranny and oppression. Tag, now you’re it. If you’re brave enough to face reality, then read on. If not, remember, if you’re not part of the solution, you’re part of the problem! I wish that sticking your head in the sand could save you, but it won’t. So, I’ve got a couple of questions for you.

What happens when the votes are "counted" in secret on machines? Do the people have the power to control the government or do those who control the machines have that power? Do the people have the power to remove bad governors or do the machines that those governors control just keep them in office? Would the governors do things that they would not do if the people had the power to vote them out of office? Have you ever heard the saying, power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely?

What happens when those in power are not accountable to the people? Do the governors do things that the citizens would not tolerate? Do they do things that governors would not do if the people had the power to hold them accountable?

What happens when the press fails to report on abusive inhumane conduct by those in positions of authority? The people are kept in the dark, and when most do not know, the people are kept from rising up and demanding accountability. When the press ignores government misconduct, the governors do things that they would not dare to do if the press covered it, instead of covering it up, because if enough people know about outrageous conduct, no gatekeeper for the establishment can keep the people from rising up and demanding change!

There are still a few courageous journalists who will bring abuses of power to the attention of the public. Following is some courageous coverage by one local news team. I hope that they don’t get fired like Steve Wilson and Jane Akre did after trying to expose the serious danger to our health from injecting dairy cows with high levels of growth hormone to boost milk production.

After you watch this, ask yourself why this is not being covered by FOX, CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC, PBS, and the BBC. Is this not newsworthy, or do they just want to keep people in the dark? Does the big corporate media really report and let us decide, or do they cover up abuse by our governors so that the people do not rise up and challenge their power and demand reform?

Watch these videos and see for yourself, but beware this local news coverage of POLICE HELPING A VICTIM is VERY DISTURBING and NOT FOR CHILDREN to see. I do commend these brave journalists for showing it though. They are true journalists, remnants of the free press. They deserve our greatest respect!

(Watch these two videos, then read the rest of the article to get the big picture before checking all of the other links.)  Please note that You Tube took down all copies of these videos of local news coverage of police officers brutally strip searching a victim of an attack, but others have put them back up.  Will You Tube try to cover up this police brutality again?

First coverage of Police Helping Victim http://www.hotpotatomash.com/2008/02/egregious-polic.html  This video is also at these links http://www.brasschecktv.com/page/270.html http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rq3jV1_GOTs

Follow up coverage of Police Helping Victim http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iw8GIyF91Xk

Notice that those in power say they followed procedure when it is abundantly clear that they did not. Anyway, when is victimizing a victim who reports a crime ever acceptable? Notice how the gatekeepers all tell the press that they did not know about this incident, yeah right? Even if they did just find out, how much do they need to see to know that the treatment that this innocent victim suffered is horribly wrong? How long do they need to "investigate" before they can make a statement or take any appropriate action?

This type of brutal inhumane treatment happens all of the time across America now. Innocent victims and suspects are treated as you saw above. It’s common to be treated and held as shown above, and I have heard of numerous reports of people being held for days in a cold cell in the nude, even without food and water, in order to get a plea bargain out of an innocent person.

You’ve got to fill those private prisons, keep fleecing the taxpayers to keep the victims, oh that’s right criminals, under control. It must be working, right? We’ve got the lowest crime rate in 30 years, right? Yeah, that’s the ticket, let’s just keep repeating that things are much better and safer now to keep the public happy. Don’t do the crime if you can’t do the time, or is it don’t be a victim of a crime or a witness to a crime if you don’t want to do the time?

Like another leader in the judicial reform movement says, "There are those who believe in America’s justice system and those who have experience with it." I’d give Jon full credit for that perfect picture of our "justice" system, but he’s still a licensed member of the Bar, so they would probably come right after him for speaking out even though it was just me repeating his words.

The courageous attorneys who are representing this innocent victim will most likely be attacked by the Bar association now, too, but remember that they took a valiant stand against injustice! They should be saluted, not attacked. But, the Bar works for those in power to control attorneys, to keep us from taking action to hold government accountable.

Are you thinking well, that’s just one case where the officers just got out of control, maybe they had a bad day, their boss is just covering up for his staff, it’s expected, and those who are supposed to take action when such criminal misconduct occurs are just finding out about it, they’ll take action after they "investigate" it. If so, here’s more news about our out of control governors and their efforts to cover up beating a 14 year old boy to death because he wasn’t cooperating enough. See, http://www.nospank.net/anderson.htm

Mark A. Adams earned his BA in business administration with a major in finance and a minor in economics at the University of South Florida. He earned his law degree and his master of business administration at the University of Florida where he also worked as a teaching assistant in the Economics Department. Mark practiced law in Florida. In 2006, Mark represented Max Linn, the Reform Party candidate for Governor of Florida, in successful lawsuits brought against the media to require his inclusion in the Gubernatorial debates. Mark also represented John Russell, Clint Curtis, Frank Gonzalez, and others in contesting the official results of the 2006 elections in Florida state court and before the U.S. House of Representatives. Mark has been involved in the judicial reform movement since 2003, the media reform movement since 2004, and the election reform movement since 2006. Before those years, he believed that judges followed the law, that our media told us the truth, and that our votes were counted. Beliefs that most of us once held and that many still hold on to. Unfortunately, Mark, like many of us, learned that these beliefs were no longer true. However, Mark believes that we can counteract the forces which have destroyed these institutions if we face reality and take action before it is too late. Mark asks that you please remember that the American dream will die and our children will suffer if the people do not know what their government leaders are doing, if the people are not able to vote ineffective or corrupt leaders out of office, or if judges can ignore the law and the facts with no repercussions!

Prisoners are not always wrong.  Hopefully they will get to the bottom of this and soon, and everyone remembers the importance of individual and constitutional rights in our country -we ALL need them and need to protect them.

WITNESS...

... in the article below, a corruption of power beyond our wildest human imaginations and that VERY FEW people of the world know the full extent of, and it is going on today and constantly. Please, read the following article:

http://www.opednews.com/articles/opedne_professo_080203_the_bush_2fcheney_geno.htm

My point for writing the above piece is twofold:

1) to re-iterate the level and kinds of crimes and aggressions history has shown these sitting leaders and their administators to have perpetrated, and

2) to say that NOW is the time--if all our efforts to impeach these people fall on the same deaf congressional ears and cold hearts they have--for us to prepare NOW for a concerted effort to get the World court to prosecute these people once they leave office for their genocidal actions.

There are some roadblocks in the way of doing this; but there are other ways that this CAN be done.

I also want you all to know one thing more: my (and others') push to get this done is not about revenge; it is about holding up a "truth mirror" to the faces of who these US leaders really are, of what they have really done to destroy this nation, to unlawfully kill people of the world, and to eviscerate the perception of who Americans are in the eyes of the world.

I'm saying, "No more...ever!" And if we do nothing... again... we deserve what we get. All we can do is care enough to NEVER STOP trying to right these wrongs.

People must be prosecuted when evidence reveals that they indeed have committed crimes, and in this case, the evidence against the Bush/Cheney administration is unrefutable, and the people of the US and the world are the victims, much unfortunately due to our ongoing acceptance of this rabid oppression.

WHAT DO THEY TEACH AT POLICE ACADEMY?

Sadly, this is typical police activity. The Rodney King incident, the goon who prevented Ralph Nader from entry into an auditorium for a presidential debate, although Nader had a ticket, etc. - all too typical. In 1990 I was in Eureka California for a peaceful demonstration in support of a redwood forest when police took 5 young men into their station and shaved their heads. It happens with alarming regularity, so one has to wonder what is being taught in police academies. I'm a senior citizen who has never been arrested, and I have not a whit of trust for police forces in the U.S.

Currently I'm a cartoonist and contributing writer for The New Orleans Levee.
Mr MCurrently I'm a cartoonist and contributing writer for The New Orleans Levee.

A liberal is a conservative that's been arrested

There basically three kinds of police: Peace Officers; ones that truly understand what power they have and use it with restraint, humane understanding and know the difference between bad and good laws, Policeman; a majority of police who are just doing their jobs. See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil and wait for retirement and Pigs; corrupt, violent, sociopaths who on every occasion will prey on those they're supposed to protect.

In most cases it's the latter that seem to dominate and what you have is a pertinacity of over-reaction. As in this case witnessed. And actually, those more likely just Policeman doing their jobs as has been now the norm in situations such as these.

A true Peace Officer once told me that there isn't a day goes by that police aren't made aware of the power over death and life they have, and that given the pressures of the job it's not unusual that there are those that step over the line when a situation might call for less aggressive response.

A lot of it comes down from above as to what restraints they are allowed. It's a case of give them an inch - take a mile. Even before 9/11, Patriots Act and all the other loosening of those restrains and granting of more police power the tendency for police to take it as far as they wish is understandable, but never excusable.

What we have now is more and more reliance on authority to solve problems that they're ill equipped to handle. Military used for police actions, as diplomats and builders, when all they were trained for is to kill. Police that are called upon to do more than just police. It's not a good situation and unlikely to get any better. If we were to have one more "false flag" attack we can basically expect near all our rights to become moot. (If they aren't already) The collapse of the economy could very well do it too as more civil unrest occurs police will be called on more and more to use new high-tech weapons for crowd control and surveillance.

Anyone that's spent any time in 3rd World countries has experienced what's coming here. Calling police in countries where police pretty much have free rein the last thing you want to do if there is any type of altercation is have them involved. More often than not both the perpetrator and victim wind-up behind bars and have to pay "fines" to get out. Political crimes are handled in an entirely different manner. It's there that punishment truly takes a sadistic turn.

What can we do about it?

Most likely very little. Unless there is a Gandhi type response to the brutality, which isn't going to happen in a country as fragmented and violent as we are. No, we'll continue to spiral down into the Orwellian Hell George Orwell prophesied. Even some of the responses I've read about this incident actually condone the officers response to this situation. And that will continue until it happens to them.

When the people lose the power to control Government...

Mark Adams's article contains the videoed death of a fourteen year old a few hours after coming under our system of corrections. In another link, a woman becomes a victim of the Police State after a call to 911 for help. To say that these are isolated cases is to be naive to point of ignorance of the facts; to further assert that these gross and brutal tactics are the "duties" of the law enforcement employees and agencies is best summed up at the Nuremberg trial. Abundant documented evidence is available only on the Internet for those seeking the truth. We have no free press.

The apathetic and immoral laxity of our countrymen threatens us with increasingly terrible acts administered by thugs with authority, but, since it first deprieves the poor, helpless and innocent, we do nothing. When the basic rights of our most vulnerable countrymen go unaddressed with few voices raised against the "silent crimes" of wayward and dangerous politicians, a progressive enforcement of such brutality gradually moves INWARD: one day you read an account of a stranger (while uncomfortable, you ignore the incident); then a neighbor is brutally arrested in a peaceful protest march ("oh, well, he was irritating, always talking about our rights being taken away."); then someone you know very well is tazered to death during a routine traffic violation ("Afterall, how could the cop have known the kind old soul was deaf?"). Excuses continue until one in your own family speaks out against injustice and is summarily tazered, violated, jailed or worse.

Friends, these are not isolated instances. Their growing frequency should alert us to the imminent peril we face, arousing us to action. Make no mistake: This is a battle against all who believe in the Constitution and the rights there-under for our protection. The aggression has been primarily been against our voiceless and disinfranchised. Tomorrow it is you and I, and our family members. The legislation I study shows that actions are stepped up against the middle class, against all our rights under the Constitution; I ask you not to believe me or anyone, check out H.R. 1955 and Executive Order 51 as a start. These recent actions of elected politician have impoverished our nation and are built upon other violations of our highest law while we slept. We "perish for lack of knowledge".

In England, a new version of "Child Protection" has emerged: With the signature of one social worker and one state doctor, any parent may be deemed legally unfit and their child or children forcibly taken from them, even at the moment of delivery. Unsurprisingly, through a co-ordinating and lucrative adoption agency of the State, these "stolen children" are transferred as property of the State to those paying State adoption fees. The parents are denied a voice and are under judicial law of imprisonment if they seek justice or bring this knowledge to the public.

Read this.

Evidence of violence against us is on the Internet, going unreported by a corrupt Main Stream Media but for a few, courageous independent stations. We must investigate the documented proof ourselves and stand united against the many accounts happening across the nation.

Unless we are the cowards that this treasonous take-over expects or witless fools who refuse so evident a truth, we will stand against this evil and encroaching threat to our personal freedom. It begins with a committment to discovery of the truth, informing all those we know and finding the most effective group or groups addressing these issues with whom to align. It makes you feel good to make the simple call your Congressmen and Senators (both state and National) to show them we are watching and demand their positive action. This is a fundamental responsibility of those awakened to this menace. Washington toll-free numbers are: 800-828-0498, 800-612-2803,866-340-9281. One call takes only two minutes and is vital to alert the Washington traitors who have passed such aggressive laws against our rights that WE SLEEP NO MORE AND WILL HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE FOR ALL VOTING RECORDS AGAINST OUR CONSTITUTION. Most of them have fore-sworn their oaths to our highest law and WILL be held accountable. To help ensure this happens as quickly as possible, make the call. Hundreds of thousands are doing this, let your voice be heard. There is no other issue more important in this perilous hour than to stand for your freedom and safety of your families. Freedom denied one is denied all.

May God grant you wisdom and courage of action.

Amen Brother...

You hit the nail on the head.  If we don't stand and stop these thugs, this will soon be aired as a good episode of COPS.

As for the video, everyone who was there should be removed from active duty without pay until the investigation is over.  The Sheriff should be fired and run from town.  The two men in the cell should be charge with rape and sodomy, assult, battery, civil rights violations and lewd behavior and be made to regester as sex offenders.

If the Attorney general does not prosocute this case, the family should seek thier own justice.  If that was my wife I would.

This video just goes to show that we as a nation have degraded our sense of right and wrong to the point that for a nothing charge you can be stripped, raped and degraded in public for what, the wrong id card?

If this is the continued conduct of Law Enforcement around this country, police officers will find they have NO friends on the street, citizens and thugs alike.  You will be alone!  Think about that the next time you get your jollies off raping a victum of a crime.

Not only that....

Of course we need to ensure that ballots are read by people and accuratly counted in an open public environment.

But not only that, we need to have an improved and evolved system of elections, because this system of partisan politics, primary elections, and competion for the "throne" is totally and inherently corrupt, divisive, and does not produce government of, by and for the people.

What we need is the solution provided here:
