Another declassified FBI document on the ACLU’s website dated February 26, 2003 is titled “International Terrorism Matters” and investigates the Thomas Merton Center ion account of organizing an anti-Iraq War peace rally. “This document contains neither the recommendations nor the conclusions of the FBI. It is for your use (U.S. Department of Justice) and for any action deemed appropriate”.

Senator Collins and Representative Harmon, let me qualify that the concerns about homegrown terrorism being on the rise are likely true. A) The fact that we have targeted the Muslim community as “Terrorists” may trigger  for their retaliation on American soil. B) The notion of war without end is a threat to international communities and to their family members here in America. C) The clamp-down on civil liberties is so extensive that some misguided people may possibly to resort to back-handed methods of protest which, even if I strongly disagree with them, may also be the only resources those people feel that they are left with. D) As politicians increasingly turn deaf ears to the voice of the People, the frustration felt by the citizens may possibly generate more likelihood of acts of desperation. E) The U.S. Government must take responsibility for its own actions, clean up its own act, and not follow up the concerns about homegrown terrorism by studying thought itself (an unconstitutional premise).
