Hillary, the Link to Impeachment

Hillary, the Link to Impeachment!

Hillary’s comeback is no surprise given the inside course of action and strategy in reviving her campaign after the Iowa voters shoved Hillary off her platform into the Iowa mud, leaving her teary eyed and conceding to Barack Obama in Iowa’s Primary. With New Hampshire’s win the news is that Barack is against Impeachment and is actually half Republican according to sources, making him seem to be a candidate of choice for Republicans, never mind Democrats who think he is there for their agenda.

This election is about News, and Big News that will sell for the Big Media Networks. Impeachment of Cheney and Bush is a no starter for Obama and so this ends his prospective chances in gaining Media attention on an issue so important to the American fabric.

What will make the headlines and News and assure Hillary her rightful seat in the White House is if she goes forward with Impeachment, and exonerates the Democrats humiliation over the ridiculous sex scandal Republicans hashed out in trying to ruin the reputation of the Honorable William Jefferson Clinton.

Now that she sees the reality from her lost in Iowa, I think she will be more aggressive. Having Hillary go after the Republicans with an impeachment will energize the party and take back what they did to Bill.

Some will claim it will be a vendetta impeachment, but I think comparing them which will happen, will bring into focus how totally wrong that assumption is.

Compare Bill with a sex lie, to the murders committed by Bush, not to mention the lies about War, 911, anthrax, and torture, and we can see clearly this story will calm the air about what is impeachable and what is not.

At the present everyone is focused on Hillary's no confidence in Iowa because she voted for the War in Iraq while Obama did not. Well, we were all lied to about it, and fell for their lies, but that doesn't mean we don't get the chance to make them right. Hillary deserves that right and she can do it when she supports Impeachment.

First Hillary needs to tell the American People she will support Impeachment of Bush and Cheney. This is a very important button to push for the voters. The advantageous stir in the Democratic Party will change her fate over night.

People will want to follow her because of the obvious truth that this entails and will bring forward for the American people. Certainly the Impeachment of Bill Clinton was not a time of impeachment. Trying to impeach the President over a sex issue is hardly impeachable grounds.

It is not easy being a man in this world with so many lovely and beautiful women. In fact several Republicans admitted their liaisons to include Newt Gingrich.

In fact it is a curse to men, and an overwhelming problem we men suffer from. It is biological in nature. It is actually a medical problem caused by Sexual Hormonal Physical Encephakinesis.

People may laugh at this, but in fact our nation suffers greatly from it, given the rampant pornography that can be found so easily on the internet. It is a medical issue, and one that millions of Americans need to face as well.

Hillary’s 2nd commitment will be to reinvestigating 911, and subpoena those people in charge of the Brokage Trade Houses who know the names of those who authorized and negotiated the thousands of Trade Call and Put Options just prior to the 911 attack.

The following is an article about the Impeachment Phobia in the United States. Please read it. http://www.opednews.com/articles/opedne_dom_jerm_071221_impeachment_phobia_o.htm

It is a factual historical read, that shows the cognizant checks and balances to when we should impeach and when we should not.

Given that my research on this article shows a long succession of the Executive Branch Presidents who got away with lying, it brings to bear the urgency of the fact we need impeachment to stop this abuse. Because if we don't, it will continue as the years have cumulatively proven.

The Congress and Senate have in my opinion failed the American people in their duty in administering Impeachment, and gaining a rightful conviction. Certainly the Bush Cheney Administration needs to face Impeachment given their long history of ties and lies to the corruption that caused the War problems in Iraq, namely their arming Iraq in the first place. Saddam Hussein's trial was no trial, it was a lynching.

Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas will and should take note a see what a real High Tech Lynching looks like.

I asked Mr. Obama his position on Impeachment and this is what he said:

Response to Your Message to Senator Obama

 Dear Friend,

Thank you for contacting me to share your thoughts on impeaching President George W. Bush.  I appreciate and share your high level of dissatisfaction and frustration with the President, his actions and his priorities.  I disagree with him on many issues, ranging from the war in Iraq to the future of Social Security to funding our children’s schools.

I support robust Congressional investigations into his administration and the highly questionable actions it has taken in areas such as domestic spying and the U.S. attorney firings.  He has horribly mismanaged the rebuilding of New Orleans and the Gulf Coast.  The Democratic Congress has achieved important progress this year, but we are still stymied by a President who is out of sync with the American people, vetoing legislation to responsibly get us out of Iraq and to support increased stem cell research.

America needs to move forward again and I don’t believe that continuing this era of bitter partisanship is the best course of action.   As I travel the country campaigning, I hear the call for a new direction and a change in our politics, a thirst for something more.  I don't believe impeachment answers this call.  I believe if we begin impeachment proceedings we will be engulfed in more of the politics that has made Washington dysfunctional.

We would once again, rather than attending to the people's business, be engaged in a tit-for-tat, back-and-forth, non-stop circus.

Instead, I will continue to move forward with a positive agenda in the Senate and on the campaign trail.  I hope you will stay involved and work for progress on the issues that matter most to you. Thank you again for writing.

Sincerely,

Barack Obama
---------------------------------------
Paid for by Obama for America

Obama thinks crooks can get away with breaking the Law? Might as well be Willy Horten running for President right? The evidence is so overwhelming, I hardly see tit for tat anywhere? Any candidate not willing to bring justice to the thousands of innocent kids murdered by Bush and Cheney in Iraq.....doesn't deserve my vote, and won't get my vote.

Being President means not letting Political Criminals run loose.

Give me Impeachment or Give me DEATH!

Now a closer examination of our real choices, and probably stuff people don’t want to hear, but you can bet the Republicans will use it if Obama wins the Democratic nomination.

I do see Obama as someone who is a liar. Obama voted against the Iraq War but is for sending troops to Pakistan. He is more Status Quo than Hillary. He thinks he can use the crimes committed by Bush as leverage to get his deals for the American people.

He is totally without a clue to that false reality.  He is being primped and tailored just like Bill Clinton was when he was first elected, and they will roll over him just like Bill, and probably worse, because Obama isn't their white man black guy.

Really Obama's anti Impeachment posturing is so Republicans will favor him, while knowing he will rescue them from the crimes this administration has committed. We don't have a balanced Senate and Congress with equal equity in concern to race, and we think Obama will have a fighting chance to become President?

And I can just imagine the American landscape when he is in power and racism becomes the issue, for example another Rodney King riot, or another OJ Simpson verdict, which let O.J.’s son get away with murder.

I hate to think about it, but do you really think America is ready in concern to the racial prejudices that is so apparant in it's society, and is ready for a Black President?  I don't.  We still haven't been able to pass legislation for Black America Day in memory of Slaves who built America during its first 100 years from slave labor. We are to believe that Martin Luther King Day is about the people who were slaves in those days? Certainly not, his memory is and was about his fight for Civil Rights during America's Vietnam Era, when blacks were mere cannon fodder as they are now in this fabricated lying war that is still on going in Iraq. Really we can do better than that.

The idea that Iowa an all White State having chosen Obama is an indication that race is not an indication of electability, certainly did not raise the question of his stand on Impeachment, and what should be done to administer justice to the record on American Politics. If the people knew that he was against Impeachment I am certain the outcome would have been a different story.

You think the United States Congress and Senate are going to support passing Black American Day in memory to Black Americans who were slaves to america for over 100 years? I don't.  If they don't recognize something like that or even recognize the basis of America having been founded really by Native American Indians and providing a National Observance to Native Americans as well in concern to being the Foundational Original People of the  United States, how in the world do we expect a Black President to solve the racial divide, or even be a real viable choice for the Democratic nomination?

Shouldn't we really have a Native American Indian candidate running for President?  So this Obama thing is really something that is quite risky, and without real thought, to the needed supporting grounds that shows America is ready for such a leadership position. Clearly it is not.

And mark my words if he is elected we are going to see trouble. What if he starts commuting prison sentences to the vast Black Prison population?  He could do a lot of pardoning, and do you think that is going to rest well with the people who had them locked up.

We can't stop the racism of hanging nooses on College Campuses; we can't stop the rampant growing Black American prison inmate problem, we can't stop sending Black Americans into the military for jobs, we can't stop the drugs, and Black gangs, and we claim to be a free Nation?

He has no Governor record showing how he handles criminal sentences.

What we have done which is quite unfair is comparing Hillary to Bill. People think that we are getting another Bill Clinton Presidency. I think that is far from the truth.

She will be instrumental in getting America ready for a Black Presidency by passing legislation that reflects such sensitive issues, only a woman could do. You know thinking I am a racist is not true, I would love to have a black President, but I don't think the country is ready, because of the racial troubles we clearly have.  Obama maybe ready to be President, but I don't think the Country is ready for Obama.

What comes first a Black President or a Woman President?  Toss a coin? Really I think if we are not racial we should elect the woman first, because Obama is a man, and men have always controlled the Executive Office.

Clearly Hillary should be helped, but only when she supports impeachment.

Edwards had his shot, and lost the last time. Why do we need that rerun? If suddenly Edwards supported Impeachment because of his attorney skills, I think Edwards would be a viable choice. If he follows the Obama Impeachment rhetoric, Edwards in my opinion is another slice of burnt toast.

Hillary needs to support Impeachment while knowing that she has the link because of what they did to her husband Bill. I think impeachment will go forward, and then we get the REAL CHANGE and Relief America needs at this moment in time. Democrat leaders need to convince her to support Impeachment. Anything other than Impeachment is the Status Quo.

Our American History proves we need Impeachment given the above article,, it is part of our Constitution, it is our obligation, and civic duty to to free ourselves from the ball and chain of the Military Complex Eisenhower warned us about. If we do not and Hillary will not support Impeachment, I only regret with total dissatisfaction, and sadness that our America is without a doubt an incompetent lawless nation, that violates rights of people to the world. Claiming you are protecting rights while violating others, is no justice...it is hypocrisy and a crime. This is the Bush Legacy, and Impeachment will make it right for America and the world.

What was behind Hillary's win ?

I think they call it mental retardation. Although Hillary is a criminal, it might be good to have a criminal to deal with our criminal congress. Whitewater, Blackwater. Wantagate, Chinagate, with all the gates she's got that ho could start a fence company. Hillary's great success is a testament to the idiotic mindset of the American woman. If I wanted to be led by criminals I would just join the mafia.

There is an upside to the elite installing Hillary, maybe she will return all the whitehouse furniture she stole when Slick left office.

You need an Update!

Well John if you wanted to be led by criminals you would join the Republican party, or work for Bush and the CIA. Given all the gates you mention, which by the way Blackwater has nothing to do with Hillary, and the Chinese Ho donation was clearly returned, and the guy is under arrest facing charges, goes to prove you are out of touch with the real happenings involved.

Given that Iraq was handed down to Bill from George Sr. I can attest that Bill's handling of Iraq was wrong too, but that has nothing to do with Hillary. She is not responsible for the death of thousands of children in Iraq, or the torture, or the anthrax attacks, or 911. Clearly those are accomplishments by the Bush administration, and they are far more severe in comparison to those you have mentioned.

HEY!

I got the exact same letter!!  It's what put me over the edge for Kucinich...and I ask every Obama supporter I run across this question...if Obama is a constitutional scholar and teacher, why in the world will he not support Impeachment?!  I get the same answer...he wants to get elected...politics as usual.  I don't think there's a chance in hell Hillary will do any better...she's cut from the same cloth as Pelosi.  They may be women, but they are part of the good ol boys club.

They are no Scholars by a long shot.

These people are no scholars by a long shot. It is heart breaking to see America go on with the same incompetence. Hope is they will recognize their duty. If Hillary or none support Impeachment they become future candidates to impeach for their crimes in neglecting the rule of law and justice.

No Dom,

She is not responsible for the murder of thousands, only about 188 at last count. Just ask Vince Foster. If You would check the facts that abound You would reach the conclusion that Hillary is a crook just like Bill. How about an audit of "The Childrens Fund" up in Canada. 250 million of our tax money went into that. I suggest You read Sherman Skolnick's "Is Mark Rich rich ?"

And whats with the antiques "removed" from the whitehouse ? You like real estate swindlers ? Is that the best garbage you could scrape up in Arkansas? How long is the "progressive" crowd going to ignore the money laundering offshore by the bush-clinton crime syndicate? The wire transfers are on the web. Just google Ambassador Leo Emil Wanta and spend a few days reading. If YOU want a crook in office thats Your decision, but dont try to pass that murderous monster off as a legitimate human, it wont pass the litmus test.

Apostle Paul

Hey John

Have you ever heard of Paul the Apostle? He was a murderer and changed. Do you ever thing bad can become good again? I think so, given the pressures and seeing the light. You are right, no argument....it's giving it a chance to change, and using ideas, and spelling out why, and the choices that we can't deny or neglect. No one is passing anything onto you. I am making the inquest that perhaps they and other supporters will consider, to change their doomed past performances.

You Need to Use VoteSmart

Dom Jermano, in your article you state:

"At the present everyone is focused on Hillary's no confidence in Iowa because she voted for the War in Iraq while Obama did not".

Actually, Mr. Jermano, Barack Obama REPEATEDLY and CONSISTENTLY voted to fund the ware in Iraq.  It is only recently, along with Ms. Hillary, that Barack Obama has voted against funding the Iraq war.  All you have to do is go to VoteSmart online and check Mr. Osama's, er, I mean Mr. Obama's voting record on voting for the Supplemental Appropriations for the war in Iraq.  Also, in case you missed it....in one of the nationally televised debates, the candidates were asked if they could guarentee having the troops out of Iraq by 2013....NONE of the candidates (except Dennis, of course) stated on stage that they could guarentee they would have the troops out of Iraq by 2013.  Ms. Hillary didn't guarentee it, Mr. Obama would not guarentee it, and Mr. so-called Progressive Edwards wouldn't guarentee it.  One thing I can guarentee is that Clinton, Obama, nor Edwards would not be representing WE THE PEOPLE as President.

Dom and Judy, As you both got the same letter

from Obama the letter represents Obama's thinking as a prospective future President as well as a current United States Senator on impeachment (a fundamental Constitutional matter) at a particular point in time.

Could one of you please post the text of the letter to opednews as a diary preferably with the date on which you received it?

Obama can and should be taken to task if he hasn't changed his views as more information has come to light. It is utterly untenable (or damn well ought to be) for a Constitutional lawyer to simultaneously claim that impeachable offences have occurred and for him not to do his duty. The Constitution is very clear that impeachment SHALL BE not MAY BE the remedy for high crimes and misdemeanors.

If Obama wants to be President I want to know if he thinks some of the specific charges being levelled at Bush and Cheney do or do not rise to the level of high crimes.

If he doesn't think the invasion of Iraq resulting in the loss of around 4000 Americans plus countless more Iraqis was a high crime, if he doesn't think torture (waterboarding) is a high crime, if he doesn't think phone tapping Americans outside of the FISA legislation is a high crime, I want to know. And Americans should want to know. Because what he thinks is not illegal he may regard as legitimate tools when he is President.

If neither of you want to put this in an opednews diary could you please send me what Obama sent you so I can. Its a source document. Its important to show that the arguments and implications drawn are drawn on something real.

Brett I have a further inquiry.

Brett can you give me those names again of the people on the Judiciary Commitee who are in charge of Impeachment Proceedings? I would like to get full names, last, first etc. It is mind boggling to me that you said only one has stated an opinion on Impeachment.

Isn't that their job? They need to know their position don't they in order to have the job they have? Don't they? Something doesn't seem right or clear about this?

I want the People of America to know who is for and who is against Impeachment, and they better have some pretty good reasons, for not, because I have mountains of stuff to show why, and its going to slide on top of them unless they start moving it for processing for conviction.

Quick reply for now as I've got to go

The six names I mentioned were of six Democratic members of the Subcommittee on The Constitution, Civil Rights and Civil Liberties, which is one of five subcommittees of the House Judiciary Committee. The House Judiciary Committee has 40 representatives and 13 of those are on that subcommittee which is most likely to start hearings. The six names I gave you are some of the lesser known names to impeachment activists and their views on holding impeachment aren't known except for one or possible two so far as I can see.

The names are the ones here in the blue column with Conyers and Nadler.

Artur Davis of Alabama,

Debbie Wasserman Schultz of Florida, *

Keith Ellison of Minnesota, *

Robert C Scott of Virginia,

Melvin L Watt of North Carolina,

and Steve Cohen of Tennesee.

These are people that Wexler will be hoping will agree that hearings should be held.

Personally, I'd like to see those Representatives views with respect to impeachment hearings be inquired of them by other American citizens besides Wexler. Personally I'd like their views to be getting reported on more so that that activists and those concerned with defending the constitution can watch them as they consider whether hearing will get to take place or not.

The two of the six that I've put asterixs besides their names have at least has some speculative commentary about their views on impreachment put on the public record.

Anything you can find out about their views on impeachment (by for instance writing them or emailing them) and report back with to other activists could help keep the focus on those that actually have the impeachment ball at present. The views of these six would be strategically valuable information for persuading them which other activists could make use of.

Hillary And The Curse Of Oral Office

Bill Clinton was a man of honor. He was impeached not so much for his   Oral Office sex binges with the CIA/AIPAC girl Monica, but because he refused to go along with neocon's PNAC agenda and invade Iraq and finish Bush senior's unfinished job. The Power that be could not , of course, jump into the open  and kick in him in the ass  on TV screens for overt disobedience. That would have been too hillaryous and too risky. Also risky would have been assassination  JFK style as the wife was watching very carefully. So, they figured out that a sex scandal diversion might work out. Too bad for them it didn't. The rest is history as they found the right cabal for the job

Is Hillary going to push for impeachment ? She might, but then she will lose any chance of ever making her way into  the Oval Office. Is she going to be 'elected' if she promises not to? No way because of husband's credibility problems! They won't believe her. Which means that If you are not anointed with Elite's blessings you won't make it even with Al Gore's votes or Kerry's vast fortune . It is not the votes that count, because they aren't counted! And that's the way it has always been and will always be until and unless people wake up and uproot the corrupt Oligarchy that is ruling them from behind the scenes. Amen.

Fight for Impeachment..It's our only hope

Folks I am trying to get the Clintons to change course. I want impeachment and everyone knows it. They have done bad things, and lied, and I know it. But we need to do something about it. I have now learned Ron Paul supports Impeachment...so I am now only focusing my vote toward candiates who are going to give us real change and hope for the future.

Hillary could change, and press for Impeachment....Let's see. She has more reason to, because of Bill, and the fiasco of his Impeachment that failed and rightly so. That's why I wrote the article.

Any candidate who doesn't support impeachment are without hope to America's destiny.

The Issues Candidates Don't Touch: by Tim Gatto

brett it is found here. Just scroll down and you'll reach commentary with Rob asking the same question. It is recorded Ron Paul said he would support it, but perhaps we should say he doesn't go out of his way to promote it or issue statements that we need it. He is liable on the front.

Brett Paatsch is an Australian born secular humanist with degrees in management and science and an interest in politics. He is a former pro-American that wishes to be pro-American again and thinks the impeachment and repudiation of President George W Bush for the invasion of Iraq in March 2003 is necessary to reestablish trust in American signatures on international treaties and confidence in the global rule of law.

I did. I read Ron Paul as keeping his options open.

But he does give a good reminder that there is a proper process to be observed.  Its very hard to keep citizens (who are after all ALSO players) watching the impeachment ball, tracking it in the House Judiciary Committee to see that it isn't allowed to die quietly amidst 'progressive' euphoria, when the Presidential elections and the media is grabbing so much of the citizens attention.

The Wexlerwantshearings count is at 184 thousand.  Thats significant but the rate of new signatures has slowed.  Seems that there is nothing like an election circus to show how fickle and limited is the attention of citizens.

Its like a magicians hand trick or a pickpocket - the important action isn't where the attention gets directed.

More important right now than what Hillary thinks about impeachment is what  the following members of the House Judiciary Committee think about holding hearings.

Hon. Scott  (D) Virginia, 3rd

Hon. Watt  (D) North Carolina, 12th

Hon. Cohen (D) Tennessee, 9th

Hon. Davis (D) Alabama , 7th

Hon. Wasserman Schultz (D) Florida, 20th

 Hon. Ellison (D) Minnesota, 5th

These folks are all Democrats on the Subcommittee on The Constution, Civil Rights and Civil Liberties, and to my knowledge at least, only one of them is on record with a clear view on impeachment.

What these folks think about impeachment hearings matters far more than what Hillary or Obama or Pelosi does right now.

But does anyone here at Opednews know what these folks think?
