When Justice fails its Citizens: An open letter to Presidential Candidate Barack Obama.

Civilization only exists and the rule of law is only obeyed when justice prevails.  When one person or a class of people feels they are above justice, civilized society is only a façade and one flash incident away from chaos.  Such is where America exists today.

Today, America’s court system, the FBI, and the Department of Justice are so completely broken and have become extremely expensive (tax dollars) braches of government that today they only use their power entrusted to them by the American people to rob from the poor and give to the rich without the fear of being held accountable for their actions.

There is no doubt that treasonous crimes have been perpetrated on the American people by the Executive Office of this nation, yet those who should uphold “the piece of paper” that formed this nation sit, butt in hand, as our nation is betrayed and sold piece by piece to every two bit criminal who can afford the price of the exclusive membership into their club.  But Regan’s trickle down theory did work in one aspect, the lack of any morals, ethics or justice that started at the top of our nation has trickled down to every aspect of our society, even our children.

Today local law enforcement is routinely video taped beating citizens well beyond the premise of “resisting arrest” and subduing the suspect.  Police routinely violate civil and constitutional rights without so much as a single fear that any branch of law enforcement will hold them accountable for their actions.  At most, some executive at an insurance company will pay some settlement, also benefiting the legal system, but not society.  How did this happen?  Fear.  The same fear that has always been used by dictators and mad men like Adolph Hitler throughout all of history.  That “fear” now is the backbone of our government policy used to control the citizens of the United States of America like cattle in a national slave pen.

Presidential Candidate Barack Obama, your nomination to become president of the United States, as a black man, has shown the world the hunger for change in the United States, but that change and your presidency will only be a sham if justice, the rule of right and wrong not the rule of law is not reinstated back into our society and those who have betrayed this country are held accountable, from the Office of the President to the secretary that processed the paperwork violating the Constitution. 

The alternative is that the people of the United States will have no choice but to once again run the streets of this country red with blood until the “fear” of God and the “fear” of the American People dictate the laws of the land and not the “fear” of our own Government.

It would be my hope that with this article and the information I will give your staff that you will promise the American People and I that justice will be served on those who have betrayed our great nation.  If you can make that promise openly and to the nation, you will have the vote of this conservative Republican and many more.
