I have told you what destroyed the American Dream, lies, politics and the collapse of morals and ethics in America, so I would not be much of a businessman if I did not have a plan to rebuild the American Dream. But I need your help.

First and foremost we must accept that the federal Government must be greatly down sized as it has become the drug addict son who steals your money and threatens his siblings each and every day. They cannot satisfy their need for more and more money; more and more power over our family and show's no willingness to stop the path they are on. Like a bad son or daughter, Washington must be cut loose from participation in the American family. There is no 12 Step program for Government.

They should only be allowed to handle the basics that the Constitution allowed. ALL social welfare programs have to be rebuilt from the ground up. ALL boarders controlled. The IRS should only be a recording agency for the collection of a "Fair Tax" to eliminate the IRS ever being used as a weapon again. The military is just fine. (Thank you for your service and sacrifice.)

Second, the courts have become so corrupt that they are a joke. Judges should wear jester's outfits as even they know it has become a joke. The courts must be cleaned out, including the Supreme Court, and put back to the rule of law, not the political angle of law. If we do not do this, we will obey the "law" but will burn in hell for doing so. Remember the saying about "Good Intentions".

The election process has to be changed. We should only have fact sheets to read online and from there pick the final 4 from each party that will debate on TV and the web their positions. No TV attack ads, No billion dollar races, NO SUPER PACS. We could also do what Maine does (I believe) and pull a ball from a hat. Elections have to change or we can write this nation off, period.

While the chances of the above happening are slim without an all out civil war (of which I believe is in the wind), the chances of this nation remaining a world power and free are also slim. Eventually on the path we are on we will be relegated to dogs on a very long leash. The one thing that every American hates is being "told" do as I say, not as I do by people we do not respect. What made America great was our ability to choose our own destiny, FREE CHOICE, to work together for the good of the nation and not a special interest groups, not for a select few. Each and every day we are forced to do things we know is wrong but is the law. It is time to stop all of this or agree that you and your children to be enslaved by the debt and ridiculous laws that are being forced down our throats. You will no longer be free but a dog on a long Government leash.

Now that we have corrected Government (Please God Help us and you should know that my racing nick name was Dreamer) now we can discuss how to rebuild the American Dream.

Assuming the Government is working for the people and not themselves, they will be able to handle the big projects like the Keystone Pipeline and how about a high speed national rail system (every modern country has a high speed rail system, 150mph+, for travel BUT the US). International trade and the basics that the Government was intended to control would operate smoothly. But the American Dream for the most part does not happen on the International Business level, but on a much more local level as even now "Big Business" is doing well while local communities are dying each and every day.

To rebuild the American Dream we must work at the community level. The small towns and the local businesses that operate in these towns are the backbone of the American Economy. This is where the American Dream is born, executed and achieved. If we do not save this portion of our nation, America will die as even Big Business will have to move where the money is and abandon the communities to becoming third world like. Not the legacy I want to leave for my children, how about you?

The first thing every community will need is a leader, not a politician (all though it could be a politician), but a true leader that can see the big picture of the area and maximize the resources, workforce, education and infrastructure of the area. As an example, I will disclose my plans that started in 2011 for the area I live in.

This leader must be able to withstand ridicule, law suits and intentional targeting of your projects because people do not like change and the "powers that be" do not want to see their money and power diminished. They will do what they have to do to make you fail, but my motto has and always will be that Failure is not an option. You are in for the fight of your life but the end result will be an America that We the People can be proud of, one that existed many years ago.

The next thing is to identify the "map" of what your area is. Is it a city, a town, a village? What are the products of the area? Is it an agricultural area (Farming) or urban area? Once these have been identified, a plan to utilize these results can be formulated to maximize the education and workforce to make a productive economically self sustaining community.

Next you will have to identify the infrastructure of the area and the ability to handle the present and future business climate. In our case here, as in most rural areas, Broadband (Telecom) is very limited. No fiber (or so we thought until I "found" it), no DSL. Only cable and satellite. Power was limited by one main power line (that has now been supplemented by a second) and the one thing we did have was a good road system. Our rail system was shut down and would have to be reopened. Funny story, Honesdale is the "Home of the American Railroad" and we don't have a working railroad.

Now that you have this information in hand you can form a plan. Infrastructure must be tackled first. In our case, and my extensive background in computers, our first infrastructure project was to build a private data center for BC/DR and Wireless Telecom operations. In 2011 we started the project and here is the article that was printed in the local paper:

The local Newspaper had a headline article on the project in August of 2011:
