Biden may have been selected because crooks talked Obama into picking him.  He would make a good successor for them if Obama is killed.  Obama has become the perfect sacrificial lamb for the crooks.  If they kill him they demoralize and weaken the left for good.  They will destroy their will to fight.  It is the same with Anwar.  Environmentalists but toomany eggs in a remote basket.  The goal for the crooks is not the oil.  They want to destroy the environmental movement by destroying its will to fight.

that Obama is precisely the running mate that Obama needs.  He adds the gravitas, experience and world knowledge that the Republicans are so busily dissing as Obama's shortcomings.

However, don't knock Biden's comb-back.  If not for the hair transplant that he had in the early seventies, he wouldn't have anything at all to cover up a totally bald pate.  But the amount of hair that covers the scalp is not nearly as important as the brain that is under it and Biden's is better than McCain's any day!  Joe Biden is and has always been involved in efforts toward peace and prosperity while McCain cares about nothing but belligerence and living without the burden of paying any taxes.
