Commons Search is already one of the foremost image search program on the Internet. We find images from the major sources, such as Flickr, Wikimedia, Twitter and YouTube.
There are so many other image sources that could be included to find just exactly the right image for an article... and with a convenient process that is ever more efficient.
The cost will be in the neighborhood of $500 a month.
