It is Bunreacht na hEireann (the Constitution of the Republic of Ireland), not the Supreme Court, or the Attorney General, which is the Supreme Law of the Republic of Ireland; and, the only body that can lawfully -- and finally -- decide what is constitutional for the Republic of Ireland, and what is not, is "the people": as is very clearly stated in Article 6.1 of our Constitution.
