Dear TSA:
Given the recent security alert and the additional screening time necessary, I suggest that you have a seperate security line for those who do not have carry-on luggage. It is unfair for those who have checked all of their luggage to wait in line with those who have carry-on bags that increase the screening time dramatically. This would be similar to car pool lanes on interstate highways. It would be a good incentive for people to check their bags which would save time and money for the TSA as well as making the boarding process more efficient for the airlines.
Respectfully,
John Doe
Personally I would rather wait for my luggage at my destination than go through a long screening process. Furthermore, if the TSA had any brains, they would save all of us some of the pain and suffering of a security check by prohibiting all carry-on luggage.
The Bush Administration is terrific at frightening us for political reasons, but their Homeland Security leader Cheroff is a little short on brain power or competence. But, the Bush guys are experts in fear mongering, not "making the trains run on time."
