Subject: No Electronic Voting! July 4 Petitions

No Electronic Voting in NYC!

NY State law bans our lever voting machines as of 2007.
We have only 2 legal choices, electronic voting or PBOS.
PBOS is Paper Ballots, precinct-based Optical Scanners, and accessible
ballot-marking devices for voters with disabilities or minority
PBOS gives us speedy returns and accessibility -- the two supposed
advantages of evoting -- but without the risk!

Join Us! Get our July 4 Petitions signed!

2. Ask six New York City residents to sign, and print their name and address!
3. Mail the peititions back to us ASAP! (it's ok to mail back
partially full petitions)
All petitions returned by July 10 will be presented
to the Commissioners of our Board of Elections on July 11.
Petitions arriving after July 10 will be presented on a later date.

More info!

Where are we now? What do we have to do?
City Council members who need to be call, and what to say!
Should we send letters for you?
