Bush's Iraqi Government Officials Arrested

Twenty-three officials from Iraq's interior and defence ministries have been arrested on suspicion of being members of a banned Baathist party. Several officials from the ministries of the interior and national security said that some of those arrested were in the early stages of planning a coup.
