Iran: US Pre-emptive Measures a Theory of Modern Savagery

Iran's Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani said on Monday that the theory of pre-emptive measures which has been raised by US is now regarded as 'modern savagery.' Speaking to a group of Iraqi guests attending Iraq cultural week in Tehran, he said following the collapse of the Soviet Union, the Americans raised a new theory for governing the globe by promoting the principles of unilateralism in order to dominate the entire world.
