Confinement in a Ugandan prison will likely do, even if they're never convicted of the Ugandan crime of homosexuality. Fifty-six percent of Ugandan prisoners, who live in conditions of virtual slavery, have never been convicted of any crime, and may nevertheless die of disease, overwork, or violence before being freed. |
