| Just last night I was reading in Discover Magazine about the astounding explosion of finds of earth-like planets (in terms of size). It was estimated that based on what has been found this year with the Kepler Telescope, there are 60 BILLION earth-like planets in the Milky Way! Now we can't afford the cost of less than three Tomahawk missiles to keep SETI up and running. Carl Sagan must be screaming from his grave... |
