Why?The first place to look is the political muscle and deep pockets of the student loan industry.The more puzzling case is Sen. Lincoln of Ark. Her position on the Sen Finance Committee has made her a magnet for banking &finance campaign dollars.So how is siding with big lenders driving students into debt going to help her back home which ranks in the bottom 15 states nationally for # of college youth getting a univ degree
