Jeffrey Dach MD is a physician and author of three books, Natural Medicine 101, and Bioidentical Hormones 101, and Heart Book all available on Amazon, or as a free e-book on his web sites. Bad News for the NuvaRing The NuvaRing Contraceptive Intra Uterine Device is impregnated with synthetic hormones. A recent study showed a 300% increased risk of stroke and heart attack in Nuva Ring users compared to placebo. This is not good. About a thousand women are in drug litigation claiming the NuvaRIng caused their stroke or heart attack. This is not good. The Nuva Ring should be banned.

Lexapro For Hot Flashes Medical Victimization A new JAMA study by Ellen W Freeman shows that Lexapro is "marginally" more effective than placebo for Hot Flashes. This is laughable. Surely you must be joking? SSRI drugs are addictive drugs with adverse side effects including loss of sexual function, akasthesias, agitation, movement disorders and violence and suicide.

Vitamin C Saves Man Dying of Viral Pneumonia Allan Smith, a New Zealand Dairy farmer, contracted Swine Flu while away on vacation in Fiji. When he returned home, the flu quickly evolved into severe pneumonia which left him in a coma on Life Support in the Intensive Care Unit.

I was puzzled by the fact that the author, Staness Jonekos, has no medical credentials, training or even a rudimentary knowledge of biological science.
