Mary Maxwell has a Master of Liberal Arts degree from Johns Hopkins and a PhD in Politics from Adelaide U. Currently she is in her last year of Law School. Her previous books were in the subject of sociobiology, that is, the evolution of social species including humans. She divides her time between Australia and America. In 2006 she was a Republican candidate for US Congress from New Hampshire. The photo above was taken in 2010 outside the printer's shop in Adelaide, when she received the first mock-up of "Nation America and the Law" - but the title later changed itself to "Prosecution for Treason."
