He has one child, a U.S. Marine and is the eldest son of two actors. A product of opposite casting at the Barter Theatre, circa 1960. Doug was born a bastard in 1961 and time has not improved him one bit.
Doug lives with his wife Robin in a modest community. He has no pets, but often hosts wayward domesticated animals who visit his humble abode.
Building boats, spending time with his great nephews and friends are among his favorite things.
