Raymond Deskins, who was caught on video forcefully exhaling on two women outside Donald Trump’s Virginia golf course has been charged with assault. The Loudoun county sheriff’s office said on Sunday that Deskins was being charged with misdemeanor assault. Deskins did not return a request for comment.
