Previously he led financial and operational turnarounds as a Manager in Deloitte & Touche’s Chicago consulting division, working with the hospital and other industries. He first held a succession of engineering and management jobs with IC Industries, designing and manufacturing automated process control equipment. He was the inventor of three US Patents and received a BSEE from the University of Missouri.
