Bruce has a BA in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida, 1979, and holds a current Florida State Teaching Certificate in three subject areas at the high school level. He has had numerous letters published both locally and nationally, and after several years of teaching in public schools is now retired from the U.S. Postal Service.
