Neil is a public service worker with varied interests including archeology, music, history, photography, tinkering, nature, human rights, and constitutional government by the people. He believes in a "live and let live" philosophy (as long as no one is being hurt) and also believes that we as a race are defined by nature and not the other way around. He also believes that everyone is inherently good to begin with and each of us compromises a mix of good & bad traits (some more than others).
