These days, I only post on one other political site and I use the same user name there that I use here.
I'm a married male with two school-age children and have looked on in horror as the country has continued its rightward decline since the last election.
I've been an independent voter all my life, mostly voting for progressive third party candidates but sometimes supporting Democratic candidates. I have never voted for a Republican candidate.
My focus now is on supporting progressive third party efforts. I believe that supporting the duopoly only serves to support the status quo, which I cannot, in good conscience, do.
