Sorry, this isn't an essay by me. It is a Greg Palast essay on the process of harmonizing the nations of NAFTA. You have to read this to believe it. Palast is a serious writer and journalist. The stuff you have been reading around the edges of NAFTA is real, but this is surreal! JB The link should be correct now. Thanks for your patience.
